This movie is supposed to take place before Tokyo Drift.

i saw it yesterday after noon
i thought it was probably the best one so far
it seemed like there was a lil less focus on the cars and a lil more focus on the plot of the movie

i will be seeing it again most likely and buy it when it comes out just like all the other ones

this one get my vote for the best one overall

the way it ended im hoping they will come out with another one

I went into this expecting the following:

1. Cheesy story
2. Bad acting
3. Cheesy action scenes with stuff blowing up
4. Good looking women
5. Jordana Brewster to just be SMOKING HOT!
6. Filmmakers that didn't do enough research about cars

Now that you understand what I was expecting, let me tell you that this movie delivers.

We went in a rather large group and enjoyed making fun of things as the movie went on. Like the Grand National that sometimes sounded like a v8 and sometimes sounded like a turbo v6 (what it should have been) or the funeral scene when they show the cars parked. We enjoyed making fun of the movie more than the movie itself.

OH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and let me also just say

F-BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you serious? Nissan = japan = rice if you want to continue to use the whole rice thing. Secondly, everyone knows that the GT-R transmission blows up.

Thirdly, all three cars that he picked were Skyline GT-R's. Two of them though were the previous generation. They are badass cars actually. However, none of the parts of the new car would have easily swapped to the old cars so I don't know why he even needed the new one. And as for who gets it impounded...stupid people that drive with a suspended license or drive drunk.

Yeah, I'm so far behind on movies, it'd take me 3 months of nothing but watching movies to get caught up.

I plan to see this one though- as well as Taken, and Knowing...

I really liked it... but whats up with all of the GM cars?!

Everytime I saw a Ford it was like a sigh of relief but I can't get over all the bowties everywhere. Wish they would've thrown some old Mustangs in there, but I got over it. Id rather see Chevys than rice!!
