Lightbulb What experience do the politicians have to fix ailing businesses?

Glenn Beck today had a bit on the experience the Gov't officials who are trying to run the banks and failing businesses. Here you go:

None of these politicians have ever worked in the private sector:
Rep Charlie Rangle D-NY
Rep Barnie Frank D MA
Speaker Nancy Pelosi D Ca
Maj Leader Harry Reid D NV

None of these folks have ever run a business:
Barack Obama
Harry Reid
Nancy Pelosi
Barney Frank
Sec Geithner
Chris Dodd
Charlie Rangle

Most of these folks
are life time politicians, lawyers, or both. None of them have experience running an actual business yet they think they can tell businesses how they should run and who should run them.

Think about it for a while.

Very good point---but does it matter? The people that were supposed to have a great deal of experience in running a business didn't do a bang-up job of it, either, now---did they? GM---wow---the leadership did a great job there---same with Chrysler---and those yahoos probably had MBA's too. So I ask again...does it matter?

After a lot of reading and watching vids friends send me in emails, I have come to the conclusion that we the people are nutz. Why do we have term limits on our President but not the House or Senate? Why do we have the same morons, year after year, making a mess of our Government? Why has there been a Kennedy in office since I can remember- I'm 62? Why do we keep sending these same idiots back to Washington? Why are we rewarding these morons with our votes? Why do we reward failure?
I have never been a political person, never. But this next year or so you are going to hear more from me than normal about term limits on the elected officials and voting for anybody except the moron already in office. Regardless of party, all of our elected officials have failed us. As I read on another website, they all have failed us. From those who have driven this country into near bankruptcy to those that did nothing to stop it- they all have failed, no exceptions. As far as I'm concerned, there should be a bounty on any Democrat or any Republican. Remember what they have done to this country and our children who are going to pay the price for these scumbags in the next elections. Vote. And vote for a new guy, not the scum we have now.
Of all of the vids I have seen, this one has brought more intelligence to the monitor than ever. Give it a watch. It could be a repost and if it is, it's worth the second look.

Evil, no---incompetent or inept...yes. Never said or implied that they were evil. They did make horrible decisions; that does not make them evil, does it?

I consider them evil if they make decisions that are unconstitutional. Government bailouts are that and worse.

The reason that they are all stil there is that the people whom they represent are DEAF DUMB and BLIND, and what are the alternatives MOE LARRY and CURLY JOE. I mean no disrespect to the 3 Stooges ( I love them) but some of the other ones ar just as bad if not worse.
