Unhappy

eph1fifty,

Man, you got some deep ditches alongside your roads. If you ever rolled off into one of them they wouldn't find you for a week ...

I have enjoyed all of the responses so far.....except for Dunbarton's

It seems like snow can be the a very enjoyable PITA. The saucer sled ideas are great and the snowmobile looks like fun too. I have heard some hilarious stories from transplants about snow. Stories about not being about to drive up a driveway that is iced over only to get out and find that you can't walk up the driveway either. Another guy told me he would get up at 4am to be at work by 7am. He only worked about ten miles from home but by the time he shoveled the snow, warmed up the car, got dressed in layers, made the coffee as hot as he could get it, etc. that he would go back to the car only to find that the snowplow plowed the snow back into the driveway that he just shoveled out. Or even better, he would get in his car back out of the driveway and run in to a ditch about a mile from his house and have to walk home in it. I can't imagine what that must be like.

The first thing I would do in snow is **** my name in it like eph did. That's great. Nice pensmanship too eph, practice?

Dennis, me kid around? I am really curious about snow!

Okay - I HAVE to ask - you didn't REALLY, did you eph? You're gonna get frostbite yet! I'b love to see you go to the ER there explaining HOW & WHY you are frostbitten in that spot! ROFL!
As for the yellow snow only - there could be lots of reasons why it's yellow, besides what eph says! But Seacrow - you'd never even know because by the time we got all that snow shoveled into our trucks, drove it down & dumped it in your fair state it would have dissipated & would look white! See - it won't be a problem! I promise to make sure eph doesn't "autograph" your load though - hope that helps! LOL!

I love the snow,Took my 2 1/2 year old baby girl up in the mountains just to play in the snow. I tried doing what eph1fifty did but just didn't have enough yellow juice to spell "lightningcrashz".I only get snow once or twice a year( the beauty of living at 700 feet above see level on the west coast)However, All the snow I could ever want is just 45 minutes away(mountains).

aint been above 20 here in like 3 weeks. here in western ny we get what they call "lake effect snow" it snows most of the time all winter long here. i live an hour an half south of buffalo right on the tail end of the snow belt. we were just out of reach of this recent snow blizzard. we got like 4 inches from it so far. i remember back in 1992-93 we got nailed with several feet. snow was over hoods of vehicles then it got down to like -30 below with a windchill of like -65. talk about frigid. my blower motor for the heater seized up and had to drive back and forth to college with no heat. but at least the truck (85 s-10) started up no problem everytime. had an interstate battery.

Whew! Glad to hear you DIDN'T really "go for it" eph! You do some wild & crazy stuff - I never know with you! As for the rest of you gentlemen, I'd advise AGAINST any shenanigans - you'll have a heck of a time explaining frostbite to a doctor! LOL!
Otterbob - I replied to your other post - the pics aren't showing! And I said Cornell - sorry! It's habit I guess since Cornell is better known than Hornell! But - you really are close so maybe come spring (like in AUGUST!) we can get together - I have a friend with a RAM I'd like to show up! If we got both our trucks together, 1 on each side of his RAM he'd be mighty humbled! I'll be sure to take a BUNCH of photo's to post here! Catch you later!
