2001 seats.....Flareside different from Styleside?

2001 seats.....Flareside different from Styleside?
I was at the dealer getting some minor warranty stuff done to my new truck and went looking at all the other trucks on the lot that don't look near as nice as mine when I noticed something on the 2001 F150s. The Styleside Lariats had new leather seats, 60/40 split and captains, with the seatbelt in the seat itself. The Flareside Lariats had the same old seats as last year.
Anyone know why Ford did this? My new truck has the new seats, and WOW are they much more comfortable than the old ones that are still in the Flareside.

Have you seen the new seat with power drivers in a supercab yet??

Yes, my truck has the power driver seat. It's not all that adjustable really. The recline and bowlster (spelling) is still manual though. All the power does is slide the seat forward and back, raises, lowers, and tilts the bottom of the seat only. The whole seat doesn't go up and down, just the part your A$$ sits on is adjustable.
