I think I saw on a recent Car & Driver show where SVT was testing a Focus with the 200 hp SVT Contour engine. C&D did note it was NOT for production. I hope they don't "rice it out" too much.

I still prefer the ZX2 S/R over any Focus, anyday! The Zx2 looks more like a car to me! Too bad Ford has ditched it

 

3500 units in 2001. I think only in the UK for the Focus RS. The Couger S will be made in the U.S.
