Headlight Aiming?

I added a level kit to my FX4 and went looking this morning for a shop to adjust the headlights (now shine up to far - sort of like 'coon hunting in the trees now! ). I guess the machine they used to properly aim the headlights have gone by the way side? I went to three shops and now one uses them any longer?

Any ideas?

I never used a machine - I always aimed them on my garage door and trial and error. Crank them down one turn at a time and drive it till it "looks" right.

Read the manual, the procedure is listed in there. Dont pay anyone money to do this for you.

It is super easy to do. There is no side to side adjustment.
Don't forgot about the fog lights too! Those suckers are annoying for cars if you don't lower them.

x2

I put aftermarket fogs/driving lights on my truck, and I had to keep adjusting them until no one flashed me any more.

Heck, I had a few people look at it for me. But it's really deceiving sometimes.

I've also heard brick walls work great for aiming headlights too. As long as you are on even ground.
