Question

Did they reply to your e-mail? If not there should be an 800 number on the card to call, is you don't have it I'll dig mine up.

Went to the site once, it's okay for now. This place here takes up enough of my computer time

Question

Got my card today. Just logged in and I says my name is Albert which is not my name nor do I own the F250. It was however someone in Minnesota. I was nice and did not corrupt all his info. Called the 800 # and now it's going to take them three working days to figure it out! Duh! Good job Ford customer service. Now it's going to take even longer to get the free miniature key sized truck .

If you did not get a card and you want to get registered into the site contact them they will get you in. But only if you are the original owner. Have your VIN ready. They check. Here is the email I got back and phone number to contact. They will survey you and then send you out a registration package along with your password to the site.

Post

Evening all:

Got my postcard yesterday, logged on today and did everything I was supposed to do.
Got to the discussions forum and did a post on my "dream truck" which for me is a Supercab Lightning. Tried to post the message and got an error message regarding my ID (I know to type that very carefully).
Tried to access the site again and got a message the site is down.

Kind of like talking to my service writer at the Ford store. Get a postcard, service is due, go in and try to get some problems solved along with the service and get the "Dummy Dugan" routine, never heard of that problem.

Oh well.
