i can only think if this were a white couple that said this what repurcussions there would be.

plan is flawed, she mentioned buying gas cards from black retailers. Most of those retailers carry the cards with very very little profit on them, compared to what profit would be from selling a gallon of gas at a black gas station.


But really, i thought we are working towards integration, and equality, not going back to segregation?

 

I pretty much stopped listening right around the time she started going on about how they went to the best schools and are so successul. I wonder how successful they would be if white people didn't do business with them because they only gave their business to other white people.

 

They sound like maybe they're just yuppie rebels without a cause. All the more important problems there are in our Country right now. Her way of speaking out. Sounds like she's going to drive her new beemer to down town Detroit to do her shopping.
I've never been to down town Detroit, but it sure gets a bad rap.

 

Not to mention, without a clue! I could probably really rant here but its probably best if I just leave it at that.
