Post I can hardly believe this.

This advertisement was in the newspaper here yesterday.

Saying:

67,753! Dollars or Euro's? No,Dutch Guilders.

They are talking about the new models??? Supercab Lariat 4x4

Bought my XLT in Jan 1999 (other dealership) for 64,400 (US$ 1.90 guilder)
Now exchange rate is 2.65.

I quess the supercab lariat 4x4 cost about 30,000-35,000 US$ in the US(Am I right)

Now i am wondering,is this dealership selling older models.(They want to get rid of in the US)
Also heard yesterday, didn,t know of that advertisement yet, that this dealership has 40 F150's on the lot(in Holland!!!)

notice the line on the bumperpart:

saying: Ford F-150 from F 67.753,-(without tax)
That indicates they have other more expensiv models. They are not selling Lightnings, now what model is more expensive than then the Supercab Lariat 4x4. (No Super Crew)

Have to make a phonecall next week and find out what they are charging for the 2000 model,I am really curious.

Not much for you there guys and gals but checked it out if you like.

Cool

That is great, I guess that the economy is doing great if they are selling these trucks to the general public. Interesting that the price seems so low, something is wrong here, or they are not telling us the whole thing. I noticed that the explorer is selling for 97.000 starting, so 67.000 seems a little low for a F150. But since I'm not looking for anything new just yet, it's interesting, but no thanx.

Hey Dutchy,

Your SuperCrew was 100,000 guilders at my dealership some time ago without tax that is.
There is definitely something wrong here.

I am not going to trade in,just curious.
