Arrow pollution

550 lb. of Co2 for taking showers
600 lb. of Co2 for a computer 40hrs/week
20 lb. of Co2 for making toasts every morning

2200 lb. of Co2 For a car (average) 28MPG
4400 lb. of Co2 For a SUV (average) 14MPG

So what are we supposed to do, die?

Wouldn't it be cool to use hydro fuel instead of fossil fuels? I've heard of an American who is working on such a thing. So far he has done a better job than anyone else and he is now working on a system that, basicaly you just change your spark plugs and add some few simple parts and VOILA you got a water powered vehicle

Oh and that particular person sais that the oil "big heads" have sent out strikers to kill him because they would loose all the money! Doesn't it suck to incourage sadam insane!!!

I remember years ago, there was a TV show called PM Magazine here in Columbus, and they did a report on a man here who made an H20 powered engine. He had a go cart or something that ran completely on water as fuel and he'd cruise around in it. Oddly enough, he has not mad the news or been heard of since then (over 13 years ago).

UUmmmmm. Water doesn't burn. I think you'd have a better chance of getting it to run on "God's will alone"...;-)

HaHa!!

Water doesn't burn but water is made from 3 molicules, H2O; 1 Oxygen and 2 Hydrogen together they sort of look like Micky Mouse Anyway seperate the H2O and you get 2 parts Hydrogen and 1 part Oxygen! Both needed to make a huge BOOM

That part is easy and the big problem we have today is being able to safly carry the hydrogen! But scientists are working on it! Oh and after you burn this fuel you get WATER VAPOUR and not Co2 and other pollutants

You see if all vehicles and power plants where powered this way than the world would be much much more cleaner! Also there is proof that the ozone hole can be closed again. But we got to stop those harmfull pollutants! You see just making toast in the morning you make like 20lb of Co2 per year. Our trucks produces 4400lb of Co2 so anything we do makes pollution...

eph1fifty,

If you remember your chemistry classes, that process of seperating the hydrogen and oxygen is called electrolysis. The last I heard, BMW had the leading jump on carrying the hydrogen, and trying to keep the water vapor from rusting out the engine and exhaust systems. It would be nice if they can get it to work!!
