TSB's
Just purchased a 98 Lariat with 25,500 miles.
Of course I have the Ford shake at about 65-70 mph. Does anyone know where I can find a list of all the TSB's that concern the 1998?
Found a list for my 97 Mark VIII, sure a lot of things. Some inportant some not. Truck goes in Monday to start the shake down on the shakes.
Thanks in advance for any info.

What did they find on your shakes? I have a vibration between 66 and 68 mph. Is it a vibration in the steering wheel and pedal, or is the whole truck shaking?

My shake was/is kind of two fold.
The one it went in for in July was fixed with the tires rebalanced and rotated. It seemed to be more in the front, wasn't really in the steering wheel though. The other shake that seems to be around in California seems to be the way Caltrans builds the concrete freeways. The newer a lane is the wavier it is. This in turn makes the whole truck bounce, but mine is more in the rear. You can really feel if is the lane in some of our slow traffic, 5 to 10 mph. Feels like a mini roller coaster. My truck is as smooth as can be on an asphalt at any speed. Getting ready to go with a lot better gas shock as soon as I finish my research. There is a dampner sold by Ford for the rear that is suppose to help. (about a 100 lbs I guess) I think I will try the shocks first.
