Dutchy, I don't know about any parts stores for you. However, My last vehicle before my Screw was bought through AAFES. I got a great deal on a 88 Shadow ES turbo. Had to get rid of it when I needed a truck for work. Did you get a fair price through AAFES?

We had to cancel our order with AAFES, since they kept delaying and would not tell us what the invoice price was. We found out that they were 7% over invoice and figured that this was not acceptable.
That's why we decided to buy from a state side dealer.

Parts store?
I'll be picking up my Screw sometime around the 15th of September in Salem, IL and was wondering if you guys know what part store to use in that area (or which part store not to use). Is anybody familiar around that area?

Dutchy: I don't know the area at all but I would simply suggest trying the yellow pages for a 4x4 truckers accessories type place. Call all of them and price them out. Then just go to the one w/the best over all prices. Watch them do the install. I say this because you indicated before that you would be picking up your truck and traveling. You wont be able to come back if something is wrong. Simple things to check for would be things that might rub on your paint. Like a cover on the back not fitting right. Or a bug guard that touches the paint. Check these things out really close.
