HAHAHAHA I really can't believe how most of you are just hating on me right now. It's rather amusing actually. And the spelling correction too?! That's pretty damn hilarious! I would have thought that most of you fellow f150 owners would sympathize but I guess not. You're right about it being a "box truck" too. I'm not ashamed of that. You telling me your Fabtech and Alcan's didn't come out of a box too? And yeah I understand the state of the economy and unemployment rate and all that. I feel it too. My parents both are unemployed because of it and I have sent them money and have to worry about them everyday. My brother just lost his job because he is now crippled and I have to take care of him and do everything for him. He can't even drive or sleep in a bed because of his muscle disease. I can't help it that I work in an industry that thrives even in this crappy economy.

Haters haters and more haters.....

I wrote this all just to vent and now I'm getting comic relief out of it. Sad though that most of it is due to some of you being jealous and just bitter in general.

i know what your going thru, my truck took an extra 5 days to finish because they didn't want to order my wheels until they had my truck torn apart. pissed the hell outta me.

i would be pissed to but just be happy if your trucks gets everything installed without any problems and with no delays. long as everything is in by the time your truck goes to the shop youll be fine

I can relate to your impatience. I have to order almost everything I want online and if it's not here within a day of when it's supposed to be I start getting grouchy. A little over a year ago I ordered a Red's Beds diamond plate toolbox and cover for my truck and what should have taken 2 weeks ended up taking 2 months+ to get here due to the factory re-tooling (at least that was their excuse). That one almost pushed me over the edge.

Yeah I've been through this before with all their "reasons" why things aren't being made or sent on time. I rodered a bikini top for my Bronco a couple years back and waited for it for like 3 months and went through a ton of excuses why I still hadn't gotten it before I cancelled my order and got my money back. My favorite was that there was an aluminum shortage and that the poles were being delayed because of it. HAHAHAHAHA! What a joke. 9 times out of 10 it's because the place your ordering from owes he company who makes it money and they won't release anything until they get payed in full. I work for my friend who owns a contsrtuction company and we get excuses every month as to why we're not getting payed.

I'm not putting my truck in the shop until I have all of the parts. I'm making sure of that!

Sorry if I came off that way. I wasn't hating on you or anything. Your "Priorities" just seemed a little askew.

Health of yourself, family, and friends is a little more important than our Toys. I know it's stressfull, it's all relative though. That's all I'm saying.

No worries bro! I knew you weren't hating. That stuff was directed at the other poor saps.

I completely understand what your saying though. If I couldn't take care of my brother and my parents along with building my toy then the truck project would be the first to get nixed. I assure you of that. I could live w/out it aqnd my loved ones always come first!
