My Expy melted due to a fire.... :(
make sure they replace all the window regulators, stuff in the doors. they may still function, but I bet are weakend and damaged.

Sorry to see this man, that sucks. It makes you wonder what else was affected that you can't see. Like BJ said the window regulators, what else??? Has the paint integrity been compromised? How about the molecular compound of the tires? How about the wiper arms, components in the engine bay, on and on. Legally you would have to disclose this if you were to sell it (clearing throat) and that's not going to help your resale value, imo.
On the other hand maybe it's not so bad (the damage that is) but I know what I would do

i think nothing on the inside got damaged? but i'm not sure because when i opened the door there was smoke inside
just the kitchen and part of the room behind the kitchen were burned, the expy was parked next to the kitchen cause that's where his drive way it, i called him today and he told me everything was okay nothing important was damaged, he also said that they too are waiting for the insurance company to come look at the damage tomorrow
and what sucks even more i barely got my tax refund check on Thursday and i cashed it on Friday, and i was hoping to get some rims but guess that's going to have wait even longer

He also said when he opened the doors, there was smoke inside. That right there is a bad thing. Cigarette smoke is one thing, but the compounds that are emitted from when plastic burns/melts is harder to get out.
As far as the tires, I'd say get new ones. I would think everything else would be fine... but it depends on how hot things got. I'd think the engine compartment would be fine, but you never know.

All I gotta say is that this sucks for you.

So do they know what started the fire? I'm really curious...
