I'd get an new Explorer (for the mrs.) or a Expy ltd or King Ranch, non extended, and sedan a new 2010 Taurus when it comes out. If it had to be done today, expy and a Maurader for me, one of the newest ones. Love that car! Reality, I'm not a "car" person, so a new expy for the old lady and a new F-150 for me would be the choices. F gas prices, I'll get what I WANT!!!!!

The rear doors and seats are there mostly for decorative purposes, IMO. You might fit three toddlers back there. Teenagers or adults, in comfort, forget it.
my mom has the IS and a couple friends do as well, overall its comfortable, the rear is not terrible, but how many cars at that size are really that comfortable for the price. my moms lexus fully loaded was a tad over $35k and that had i think every option available for the 250 except the AWD. its farely quick, not the fastest thing ever, but it gets up and goes. i really wanna ride in an ISF those look sick, hoping to have my dad add some ISF parts onto her car eventually since it will still keep the warranty intact

anyways my choices would be

09 F250 FX4 $50-52k fully loaded (i need a truck, SUV would be worthless to me)
09 IS250 $35-36k fully loaded

leaving me $10-15k to build a toy

im usually not into the whole fully loaded vehicle, sure their nice, but my XLT f150 fits my needs and the money i saved allowed me to make different than every other f150.
