Sorry- I don't know what's in OKC, but if you want to drive the 1.5 hrs to Tulsa, I can help you out.

BTW, what kind of training is so great that you'd go to OKC (in July even) for it? YUK!

Cool

There really aren't any good truck accessory places in Oklahoma City. Too overpriced and too little selection. Usually do all of my shopping out of a catalog. There's one place that used to be okay, I can't vouch for them now though. Try Weldon's Pickup World at 1800 S. Douglas Blvd in Midwest City (near Tinker AFB), telephone number is 737-0088. Probably the two other things you can do while you're here is watch the drag races at Thunder Valley Raceway, south of Norman, and eat. Some good steak and barbecue places: Cimarron Steak House on Meridian near the airport between Reno and N.W. 10th, Leo's Rib at corner of N.E. 36th and Kelley, and Cattleman's at corner of Agnew and Exchange near the stockyards and also by the airport. Good flame cooked burgers can be had at The Charcoal Oven (N.W. Expressway just east of May Ave.) and Johnnie's Grill (four or five locations throughout OKC). Everything's fried here, so forget eating "lite."

Del City has 2 of the best accessory places in Oklahoma.

#1Dell City Pickup Parts
3109 SD 29th
Del City ok 73115
1-800-701-5969

#2 Padgham Pickup Accessories
4615 S.d. 15th exit
Del City, ok
(405)672-3389

I originally got my pickup from a Ford Dealership in Perry back in the early spring of 1993. I got most of my accessories from Padgham. For some reason Kansas doesn't have any good ones.

The first place you mentioned is a salvage yard, not an accessory place. Padgham's isn't too bad, though. Your addresses are AFU. The street names are S.E. 15th and S.E. 29th, as in southeast. WTF is S.d./SD??

That is true...I bought a tray for a inside console and some factory floormats from them.

Padgham's isn't too bad, though.
Yes, I have been quite happy with what they have in stock. Most of the accessories I have gotten are from LWM times in Norman, that's next to the site n' sound? I have gotten several accessories from them. What is this top tech customs?

I don't know what the F sd is? Thanks for catching that. I was looking at one of their cards and it looks like a d. but obviously its a e.
btw lew if you get really bored, you might try the Kirkpatrick Center, haven't been there in awile...

BTW, the only station to listen to in Oklahoma is the KATT! KATT Rules!!

I almost forgot about Bricktown. It's an area just east of downtown OKC and is a renovated warehouse district. I'm not real crazy about it, due to the overcrowded touristy atmosphere, but someone who's not from here might enjoy it. There's a canal with walkways and boat rides (a lame attempt at copying San Antone's riverwalk-they had to dye the water because it was red from the mud), several eateries (Chelino's, best Mexican food in the city and ONLY place I would eat at down there), a fairly new baseball stadium (The Southwestern Bell Bricktown Ballpark), home to the Oklahoma Redhawks, a Rangers AAA affiliate. It probably won't be too bad of a trip.

Glad to have your opinon! Even though I disagree.

I've only been there about 20 times in my lifetime. I have been there at least 3 times this year. Whats your question? So I suppose you think that 98.9 sucks too? I haven't been to any of the accessory places in Kc. My father worked for Ford there. I do know of a great place in St. Joesph Mo, that is probably better than any other, it's called Pickup Palace.

Your young *** apparently spends more time reading about Oklahoma City; you don't live here, remember? All of these sorry accessory places NEVER have anything in stock and have to order. I can do that and so can 99.9% of all parts houses here. Whatever they do happen to have is WAY overpriced; the local parts houses beat them and a catalog offers better prices still. The typical katt listener is someone straight out of "Beavis and Butthead" headed for Big Mac and recently paroled from Lexington. Better stay in Kansas Dorothy, you're not qualified to comment about the goings on down here.

I can bet I know as much about oklahoma as you do. I have been almost everywhere down there, actually more than anywhere in Kansas. You are quick to judge others, but you better have more than 5 total posts to judge my intellegance.

BTW,your arn't in Cahoots with Ford Man are you? You and him have the same personality.

My young A** spent about 3 years living in Oklahoma, I also have relatives that live about 20minutes west of you. My father travels Oklahoma quite often, I seldom go with him. Before you tell me I don't know about Oklahoma, you better know me first...
