Wink She said yes................

Well for all of you that knew that I was going to do it and those that didn't. Myself and Melissa went out to dinner on 7-1-00 and after dinner while we were still there I told her that I had to goto the bathroom. Well I went outside and got the ring. I came back in and popped the question and she said yes. SO we are planning on 4-20-2002 for the big day. It was great and so far everybody has been real happy, just wanted to left all my pals know...........steve

Cool

steveo,

Congratulations!!! I had the ring in my jacket and it was getting a little chilly out and she was wondering why I would not give her my jacket. When we came home her roommate had a Bride magazine sitting out for her. The cool thing was that very few people knew and she was pretty surprised.

This Wednesday will be my 3 year anniversary and we have our first baby due at the end of August. It gives me a good excuse to put step bars on the side of the truck! My wife is already finding it very difficult to get in and out of my truck at over 7 months pregnant.

Steve: Congradulations!!! Hey, I see from your signature that you've got the "truck thing" as bad as the rest of us. Does she know about this???? You better get her accustomed to it now, so she wont freak out when she finds you spending so much time researching new goodies for the truck and reading this board all the time PS: as pretty as your truck is, don't be surprised if she just takes over and drives it all the time, I sure would.

Dirtslinger: those are some good looking rims/wheels you've got.

Steveo,

I can remember that day for me many years ago and congratulations. I'm sure she is a fine lady.

Hopefully to add to your happiness her father either owns:

1. a liquor store or
2. A Ford dealership

Congrats- I just hit 20; I hope you're as lucky as I was, I found a chick that loves cars. Pretty soon you might need diapers for a baby, not to remove wax.
