The first episode was last Thursday night after the Nascar Truck series qualifying. (preview episode, I believe)

The Shelby came in to the checkpoint second to last, due to some supercharger problems.

They had to compete with 2 other teams in the challenge and finished second behind the Ferrari.

The team that came in last went home, I don't remember what car they were driving though. (Porsche, I think)

EDIT: It was the Porsche, they were having clutch problems and stalled the car out; lost a lot of time.

Yeah I watched the preview. Gonna be a good season. Unfortunately, there is drastic exaggerating with the specs on these cars (just like last season) and I have a feeling it will be fixed again. Still entertaining.

Was it just me, or did it seem like it was the first time some of the people had seen "their" car at the beginning of the show?

I was thinking the same thing; I know they are reimbursed for damage done.

Wonder if they just loan them the vehicle for the 4000 miles and then take it back?

Cant wait. Me and the woman loved the first go-round. It's about time they brought it back. Hopefully it will stay around for awhile. Already have it set to record on the DVR.

Not much buzz about the show this time around. Last time there was a thread started every week, and a running thread for the whole season. I think the show is even better this time around. Seeing the Evo crash into the concrete block was priceless.

That was some good stuff. Show has been good this season. Does that one Lexus girl have a lazy eye? I cant tell if its lazy or just bad camera angles.

I haven't noticed a lazy eye from either of the Lexus girls. Maybe I should be staring at their faces more instead of their other body parts.

Serously though, the show is better this time around than last year IMO. The challenges seem to be more creative, the drivers seem to be more personable, and not only was I happy to see Evo total their car, but how about Dart calling them out for being idiots and not listening only to have him roll him roll his own car in celebration. I thought that was funnier than Evo taking a dive.

Yeah those two are easy on the eyes.

That was kind of ironic that the dart flipped. It just sucks to see such a classic car wrecked because Pa-Pa apparently dosnt have very good driving skills or just did pay attention to his surroundings.

Yep. I about cried when I saw that thing. I will hand it to everyone though, they all pitched in to help him out just like they did w/ Pantera and both were still able to compete afterwards.

Who's your favorite? I like Shelby, and I'm surprised VW Bus hasn't been eliminated yet.

I enjoyed Season 1, but have only caught a few minutes of Season 2.

It has not sustained my interest yet, but based on the positive reviews here, I'll give it a try.

I like it better then season 1, If team VW is thrown into any challenge they will be eliminated. I laughed last night at team VW no wipers, no heat.

Honestly man not sure I could tag one team as my favorite. Like the Husband-Wife team because they are competative, Team Lexus becasue..well they are easy on the eyes and the Bama boys are alright. Kind of miss the mail order Russian chick...she was a sandwich short of a full picnic basket.
