Both of my computers with Vista lock-up at least once a day when I have Internet Explorer running.
Try using Firefox or Chrome. Both of those are MUCH better than Internet Explorer.

They'll still lock up using firefox. It's not the browser...

Oh and my laptop has a 17" wide screen monitor, so that's what I use. I think at work I use a 19", whatever lcd Dell provided us in bulk.

That's kind of funny.

I have been running Vista for about 2 years with no problems. I recently got an Ipod and ripped my cd collection using Itunes. Now, almost everytime I use Itunes, I have to reboot my system. If I don't reboot soon after using Itunes, the system starts slowing down and it will freeze up eventually. If I don't use Itunes, I can run the system for weeks at a time with no rebooting necessary.

Pretty good marketing by Apple.

You're right, it could very well be some problem. I was just suggesting trying a different browser since they said that they were having issues while running IE.
