This issue is about how these top sites, this one included although its "f-150 instead", is using Ford's name. Alot of people come to these sites beforehand to learn about their upcoming purchase, and to learn about what they do own, as they can do according to the law. I myself am not up-to-date but soon will be, even still I have learned alot from these sites about my 7 and 11 year old pickups. It's all about money, and they don't really care what we think!
I am sure uncle Ford is watching this right now, but it seems to me that they ought to care what their consumers think, after all we're the ones paying there salary's. There are other automobile manufactorers out there who would love to have our business, and I for one, wouldn't be hurt to switch if I can learn about that product, after all, you wouldn't buy a vehicle without test-driving and researching it would you?

I've learned that Ford's attorneys are investigating whether certain websites are violating their trademarks by using the word "ford" in the URL
