She'll be getting a laptop this year. She's had her same one for several years now and needs to replace the old crappy one. We agreed to do no presents or flowers or anything this year, but I'm breaking the rules because I found such a good deal on one.

I figure I'm dropping over 4k in aftermarket stuff on the truck in the next month or so, she can have a laptop

Just did my shopping today. Big heart box of chocolates, a nice card and a little stained glass hummingbird thingy to hang in the kitchen window. She loves hummingbirds and chocolate.

I'm getting her a gift certificate for a massage.

It's not like back in the day when I was in the Army.
A massage parlor had a five dollar special and you were out in ten minutes.

Yes! get her something. Never fall for that "we agreed not to do anything". It also better include a card. That is a trap.

She wants a camo jacket and dinner. I love it when they tell you wat they want. Makes things a whole hell of a lot easier.

I am taking her out to a nice dinner and then maybe some drinks, I also got her some sort of purse that she has been wanting and a card.

Yeah I agree with ^^^^^, never fall for the dont get me anything this year crap. I did once 4 years ago and I still hear about it when she gets mad at me.
