New Toy! ....Kinda....
Hey all, I'm sure in most of my post's you've heard me mention my high school ride...a 91 Explorer Sport 4X4. I had this car through high school and college and got my truck after graduation. Its been about 4 years now and my parents held onto the car for my little brother.
To make a long story short, my older brother just got a new car and sold my brother his car. So my parent are trying to sell the Explorer. It has 90,000 miles and is in great condition...however it doesnt seem like anyone wants a stick shift with 2 doors these days. My parents decided to give me a deal on it rather than give it away to someone. If it doesn't sell for what they're asking in a month...its all mine.
So what should I do with it? Its completely stock and well taken care of. The only thing I think it really needs are new shocks (ride is gettin mushy). So tell me, what should I do to this car to get it going? Im already thinking about K&N and maybe a superchip.
Hopefully the money will come from here if they open a franchise on the east:

Thanks! Should be coming up in a month or so when my parents come to visit. First thing Im doing is shocks and a K&N.
Im itching for a boat, so I may hold on to it for a little while and then try to resell.
