I live close to the Texas Gulf Coast and was wondering if anyone else likes offshore fishing? I have a 24 foot center console fishing boat that I pull with my F150 and wondering if anyone else does the same? Can't wait till the winds settle down here so I can run 20 to 50 miles offshore and catch some big ones.

I love to fish, only in Alaska though. I have been spoiled by the pristene wildeness and lack of humans at times. I should be going on a charter in a couple of weeks for king salmon fishing. I'm gonna catch that 100 lb 'big one' King Salmon! Its gonna be on the Kenai River, just south of Anchorage.
