Don't know how you are going to do that. Detroit will make it to the finals which means Dallas players will be golfing/fishing/whatever by June.

It will be hard to keep the cup when you won't even make it to the finals.

Them's fightn' words!

Detroit and Dallas will probally play in the Western Confrence Finals but I am sure that the Stars will prevail. The Red Wings are probally the only other team in the NHL that I would stand behind. Don't like Colorado at all Roy is to much of a show off.

Dallas keeping the 'Cup?...LMAO

Did Brett Hull get his door unlocked?

Are y'all done with all the jello-molding parties??
If not, better hurry 'cause the 'cup is comming "HOME" To Hockeytown!!!!

What a way to treat a trophy that the NHL gave to you...remember the rule change?? zero tolerance for a foot in the crease?
Yes, I know the rule has been changed but they changed the rule one goal to soon!

Minnesota's greatest gift to the state of Texas: The North Stars and the Sport of Hockey. When are you going to pay them back?
Lessee, how about leaving Modano unprotected in the Expansion draft so he's back where he belongs, sending Belfour to Detroit, re-naming the team to the Texans so we can have our name back and get rid of "Wild", and GET SOME REAL ICE IN REUNION ARENA, might about do. (That last one would benefit all of North America)

Don't blame Dallas for having the Stars, it was Norm Green's doing that got them here. The reason I started this topic was to get everyone fired up for the playoffs which so far has been succesful. Reunion Arena's ice surface does get preety choppy around the end of the season but that is only because of the humidity. I thank Minnesota for giving us the STARS but let it go you're getting a new team up there. As far as Detroit goes I think we have a pretty impressive rivalry established I was just trying to rev it up. Now as far as the DFW members where the hell are ya'll at I can't be the only fan in Dallas... am I?

I'm not blaming Dallas at all, and you are correct, Norm Greed was responsible for it. I am serious, though, because the Stars are also to blame for getting hockey going in Texas, which has brought many new fans and players to the sport, which benefits us all. It think it's a good thing in the long run. Most Minnesotans have let it go, but you must realize that when the North Stars went south, it was to us as losing the Dallas Cowboys to Milwaukee would be for you.

As for me, I pulled for the Stars last year because I wanted Modano and Hatcher to get their championship, but since I have season tickets to the Blues now, I'm rooting for them. I just wish they would figure out how to get back in their regular season groove. And at least we agree on one thing: Somebody, anybody, beat the Red Wings.

I wonder if the Sharks can pull a first round upset. They have a knack for that, right Redwings fans?

I love the Wings! Grew up watching them, and they WILL win the Cup back and bring it back home to Hockeytown.
As for the Blues, looks like they are going down in flames. The Stars will lose in the next round, you heard it here first, LMAO.
