Cool

I use NetZero at home and use Yahoo Mail at work to retreive my NetZero mail. NetZero uses pop3 mail (Outlook) and you can retreive your mail through Yahoo mail from three different pop3 accounts. All you have to do is go to www.yahoo.com and click on My Yahoo. Then set up an account and then set up your e-mail. Works great!

Wink

I don't use any syst that uses outlook for email:
1) Viruses use your 'outlook' address book to email themselves to all the addys in there.
2) Outlook is a program and running it just to get email, sucks up more ram than just opening a window in your browser.
3) Can you say SPAM? ISP email gets more spam than any I have encountered.
4) With Outlook, you have to be on the computer where YOUR Outlook is, as opposed to getting your email from ANY computer.

I have email accounts everywhere and I like usa.net http://www.netaddress.com/tpl/Door/L...-USAHP-LOGIN-1
5 mg space, NO personal Q's for sign-up and no 'redirect addresses' (you know when you click on a link some one sends you and the address bar is full of BS instead of just the addy?)lets you view pics with out dowloading them first.(unlike hotmail and others, you can view it imediately) You can have it open 'compose mail' in new window while still veiwing the email that you are replying to.

Along with the above, this one is my current Fav. you can have it notify your pager or ICQ when you get mail so you don't have to check it just to see if you have any email.
Also you can have it get POP3 email for you, (haven't tried this feature)
You can have it open email in new window,
You don't have to download a pic if some one sends it. http://andthensometoo.zzn.com/email/login/login.asp

ps I also have Yahoo but don't use outlook to get it. I don't go there very often though, just typ. not impressive. The two listed above impressed me.

It is fast and has spam filters. But then again, I don't get hardly any spam on it anyway (another plus). . .

I use Yahoo for my "public" addy. However, it's got a 3 meg storage limit. It's fine for text, but of limited value when moving files around.

I sometimes move 5 and 10 meg files back and forth. Sometimes even larger, depending on the size of the scanned images. Try scanning a 4x5 image at 1200+ dpi one of these days. My ISP has me setup with virtually unlimited storage.

I don't think there are any free email services that allow such file transfers/storage. If there are, please post the url.
