After having my truck in about 5 times for warranty work, many of these visits are for something that wasn't fixed the first time, I'm trying to figure out who to talk to to get my warranty extended. I've heard of people having vehicles with a record of having a lot of problems and if you complain to the right person they will extend your warranty beyond 36,000. I'm approaching the end of the warranty and I'm pretty worried that i'll have some pretty spendy repair bills in the near future. So who do I talk to? Half the people at the service counter seem like they have no clue about anything so I doubt I'll get anywhere there!!! Has anybody been able to do this before? Thanks in advance, -ZR
