I wash mine twice a year if I am lucky, I am hopelessly busy. That is why I got a white truck. I do however keep a bottle of wheel clener in the back and shoot it on the wheels and go through the touchless Mobil carwash P.O.S. just to get the brake dust off the wheels. I keep the interior spotless though.

I can't wash my truck... It's currently against the law in the People's Republic of Maryland. It's a crime, punishable by a fine and/or imprisonment. Can you believe that s***?

Like I asked before, anybody want a bad, used governor?

P.S. In the old days, before Maryland became a communist state, the truck got washed every couple of weeks and waxed twice a year with Meguiars carnuba.

It seems that someone slapped our dictator up along side the head with a 2x4; he lifted the restrictions yesterday. They are once again "voluntary". The truck gets washed tomorrow.

Been havin withdrawal symptoms with De**is hangin around here for the last 8 days...poor baby will get her bubble bath later on today. Wash all her little cracks and crevices...rub some oil...er..ahh...wax on her. Dry off the moist areas. Apply suction to her...floormats. Gently part her hood open and probe around for any areas wanting of cleaning. Warm in here...must be the A/C acting up...

When ever it get's dirty or has a bug on the windshield. Sometimes twice a day and wax every wekend. Or at least polish.
Actually have my ranch hands take care of it. They love it as they get to play in the water rather than paint pipe fence or load hay in the barn. They also seem to take great pride in the apperance as they pointed out to me I had left a coffee stain on the center console the othe day and chastised me for driving too fast on the back road the other day. They and their familes have been with me for 12 years now and I love every one of them but sometimes I wonder who the boss is!

Wash once every other week if the dust is even... If it drizzles or rains, once a week. Wax as often as necessary, usually once every 4 to 6 weeks.

If a bird or tree leaves a calling card, that afternoon.

Stopped going to the carwash because it's a PITA to take the soft tonneau off and wash it sep.

Clean and condition the leather once a month, or sooner if the light Prarrie Tan steering wheel gets dirty.

BTW, discovered that frequent washing and waxing saves money. Had to have a 1987 repainted after 5 years for $2,500 because was too lazy to take it to the carwash more often.

I've had mine for 2-1/2 years now, and it sleeps outside. It has been washed three times, and I waxed the hood, top, and tailgate once. Hey, that's better than my Ranger. It was washed twice and waxed once in eleven years. What can I say...it's a truck.
