Thumbs up F150s awesome styling

I would just like to say that I've got more unsolicited compliments on my F150 than any other vehicle I've ever owned.
It seems everywhere I go ppl are saying "nice truck" even when I haven't wased it in 2 wks.
Does this happen to any of you guys?

I get a lot of compliments and a lot of stares. I've watched plenty of chevy truck drivers turn their heads when I've passed them going the opposite direction and I've seen their passengers staring my truck down after they passed me going the same direction.
I complimented this other student's 96 Chevy custom orange/yellow fade paint job and he told me he thought my truck was one of the prettiest Fords he has ever seen.
With the mustang.....at the gas stations people would come and hang their heads inside. had to constantly wipe their drool off the car.
With Mudder's truck.....I think the staring is starting to annoy him. how in the world can you stop yourself from staring at his truck??

Well, it will be a while til I sell it. But I'll keep you in mind Pastmaster. I really don't mind the stares, I just wish they would smile when they do.

Shortly after I bought my truck, I was driving it home from work one sunny fall afternoon. I stopped for gas, and a guy the next island over says, "Nice truck!"

On the road again, I'm stopped at a red light. A Shovie pickup driver pulls up to my right, rolls his window down, signals for me to do the same, and says, "Nice truck. You like it?"
"You bet."
"Good. I've been thinking about buying one."
The light turned green before I could compliment such sound thinking.

Last week, a contractor working on my building says, "I sure like that truck you got."

I drove Nissan rice burner pickups for fourteen years before getting my F-150, and never got these kind of compliments from complete strangers, even when the hardbody design came out in '86.

Ford gave us a winner.

For some reason people ask me "How much is the payment?" then they say "nice truck"

Had one of the first few '97s here and people used to ogle and ask questions. It's a totally different story now that I have a '99. Nobody cares. The dealer can barely keep any F series on his lot. Seems like every other person has one now.

Exclamation

Had a guy next to me at a light. He was driving some other kind of 4x4. Anyways, he puts down his passenger window and tells me that I have a real nice "new" truck. When I told him it was a 97 and 3 years old, he couldn't believe it. He just kept staring I've had people all over the place tell me my truck is pretty. I thought one guy was gonna climb in the window. Like Pony said about the droolers; just keep a towel handy because you're gonna get them driving an F150
