I'm glad we are getting some snow... it will help slow the crazy drivers down a little bit. There was some crazy in a Jeep Grand Cherokee hit a snow bank and flipped his little suv over on my way in from work.

We ended up with about 6 inches of snow last night. Now it's freezing rain like a ***** out. Awesome. Great drive in to work.

On a side note - to all the women out there that are extremely afraid of driving on slippery roads, stay the FROCK home!!! Other people need to get to work.

Looks like we're going to get close to a foot of the white stuff. It has been coming down pretty good for a while now, and it's just getting started

Well, we've gotten about 2 inches so far, and I had no problems... I drove like 35 - 40 mph, and people followed right behind me, even on a double lane highway. No one passed me, and I much appreciated that.

I love it when it snows, people utilize their heads out on the roads -- except for a few of Darwin mishaped crazies.

So the snow is a fallin, and I'm the only one at work, so far... enjoying my coffee and got my music blaring in my office surround system.

We got about 1" of ice with a dusting of snow on top of it, it sure is fun to drive on in a 2wd f150.

Last 5_OH told me you were only sporting 4 inches, and that was on a good day. He said he caught a peek when you'se were in the ice fishing hut together doing whatever it is you do in there.

Nothing but sleet here overnight. Temps in the lower 20's. Sure was fun to watch the rush hour circus this morning on the local North Texas news.

We're getting pounded here and it's all my fault.
I got a car wash last night at the 'touchless', and when I got home, I forgot to park it in the garage.

You see how that works? Had I parked it in the garage from the getgo, there would've been no storm, and no need to pull my sorry *** out of bed this morning and run outside in sneakers and shorts to bring the truck inside.

Anyhoo, I'm going back to bed.
zzzzzzzzzzzz

The fridge is full of food, got a pile of dry wood to burn, and a stack of new movies from Blockbuster...
Let it snow, let it snow!

We were supposed to get all sorts of freezing rain and sleet last night and snow this morning, and all we got was rain. Its good though. Everyone down here starts driving 25 miles an hour when cold weather/snow/ice is predicted, it makes me laugh.

You should see how dirty my truck is right now Its covered in salt and sand. I hasn't been wash in almost two months. Theres just no point right now cause the minute you pull out on the road it's covered again.

I remember living in Austin about 5 or so years ago and getting 1-2" one morning. Traffic was like everyone forgot how to drive, it was a weekend luckily, and the news was calling it's coverage "Storm Watch '04". Now being from Central Indiana, this was a riot! All the snow was gone by 10am...my wife and I were having a ball listening to the news reports and seeing all the crashed up cars.
