Picked it up in Oct 96. 74,000 Miles.
New engine due to Timing cover gasket at 71000. Replacement engine runs great. No other problems.

Bought used in August 98 with 40,000 miles on it. I now have 71,000 and still running good. Wish it would run forever...maybe it will

98 with 41,850 miles, and still looks like new. Picked up the truck in June 98. Had a 97 F150 S/C 4x2 4.2, it was exactly 2 years old when I sold it with only 28,000 miles on it. It was left in perfect condition, we got it for $17,500. And sold it for $14,000, pretty good deal I think.

1997, originally purchased in 10/96. I have 42,000 miles on it. Looking in the service history, it has had a new trans and new pitman arm. I put a new window motor and regulator in it (not really needed), an updated rear slider (no more leaks)and I have the door crack.
