Just an humble opinion concerning physical appearance and nothing more.
I agree with Mrs Bush Sr not looking...er...like a model....Laura reminded me of a bambi the deer....nice but not too bright but not model material either IMHO either but I would never disrespect either of them out of respect for the office their husbands hold.
For the record I do think the new First Lady looks ok and I like big butts...but out of respect for the office of president I would not disrespect their women who happen to be in the public eye because of their husbands.
You dont have to like them personally but I think all presidents should be respected.

Sorry buddy,. I dont know Paw Paw's heart but I challenge anyone to find a link to info that reports Michelle Obama plays or played basketball or can Slam Dunk. If she was white latino or whatever the comment would not have made sense and nobody would have responded.
So, what mix do the slam dunking coments and ideas come from?
How do we end up discussing if her *** is too big to dunk or not?

Since she does not play basketball...The slam dunk basketball comments were directed at and stereotypes of what?
A. Her gender
B. Her husband
C. Her height
D. Her race

There are many variations of stereotypes. If you make stereotypical jokes or coments based on race that would be called racial stereotyping.

A Questionable personal opinion.

Very few professional men basketball players (less than 3) under 6' can slam dunk a basketball.

OK i'll be the first to change the can Mrs. Obama dunk thread to; "things Mrs. Obama can't do because her butt is so HUGE that has nothing to do with her race" thread.

She more than likely can't do the limbo... there's just too much back there and it would pull her down.

She probably can't be a competitive swimmer because there would be too much drag.

She probably would not do well playing hide and seek because she just can't get into tight places.

But... She probably would be really good at Roller Derby.

Her butt could be used as a floatation device in an emergency.

I bet she can crush a beer can in her mighty butt cheeks.

All these things have absolutely nothing to do with her being black and not stereotypical at all. They are all reference to the inordinately large size of her turd cutter though. Hope this helps all those out who feel the need to point the race finger.

When you throw a rock in a pack of dogs usually the one that hollers is the one you hit.

So your point is that your personal opinions are usually questionable?

That's quite a quote there Confucious...

I personally like the one about those living in glass housing should not throw stones.

While we are only 5 days into the new Presidents term; it feels like a life time of the race card being thrown around. There will always be bashing of the President... he's the top guy. As much as that will get tiresome for his supporters, the race card and racial finger pointing will also get tiresome. When you call everyone who disagrees with a person a racist the argument starts to lose it's effect.

I have said this many times but it's worth saying again.

I don't like stereotypes.
Especially racial stereotypes.
I don't play cards.

I don't know about you and anyone else here on this site but anybody that knows me in the real world...knows I never have and never needed to play any cards race or otherwise....
My Knug Foo is and always has been strong. I never had to ask for anything.

I will call a duck a duck if it walks like one, looks like one and quacks.

Maya Rudolph was playing the part of the First Lady on SNL and was supposed to have Her slamming the ball. I couldn't find anything on any video's to show it. Must have gotten some bad info from Walton & Johnson! Sylvia Fowles who played for the LSU Lady Tiger's can slam the ball. She's about 6'-5" though. CP3 for the Hornet's is maybe 6' and He can do it. All I can dunk is my big azz in my Lazy Boy recliner and watch!

Most of us understood what you said. There are just some that want to make everything racial.
Before Big O, there were actually some political threads on this forum that people could voice an opinion. Now if you criticize, or poke fun at a political figure, you're just plain racist, go figure
