WARNING:

I usually don't pass on wonderful news like this, but I figured I should
advise you of what happened this morning. When I went to bed at 11:00pm
last night, I noticed two cars on my driveway. One was my 1999 F150 Truck
and the other was my very rare 1987 Buick Grand National. At 1:30am I was
awoken by a neighbor screaming and ringing the door bell. With the police
showing up at the same time, she stated that someone just stole your car.
The police put out an APB as well as got statements from my neighbors in
regard to being witnesses. Apparently there were several witnesses to the
crime. I lost my toy,
not in a wreak, but rather from some criminals. Moral of the story, no
matter where you live and the steps you take to keep what is yours, someone
will always try to take it. The weird thing about it is that littleton, co
is suppose to have a lower crime rate than Kansas City. Noone stole that
car in Kansas City.

I know exactly how you feel. I had a 73 Bronco that I lost to an accident last October. I lost my best friend in the accident also. It was a really bad time for me. But through it all I found out who my real friends were and I also came to be the owner of a beautiful F-150. Through the bad there is normally good. Good luck on them finding your car Kmonton99. Really sorry to hear about it.

We are very sorry to hear of your loss to these criminals, to say the least. Sounds like you were hit by professional car thieves, who most likely staked your location out and knew when they could hit. They might have just been lucky opportunists who happened by, but since they stole both, it's probably pros.

Words don't do much good in these situations, but for what it's worth, we wish you the best of luck in recovering from your loss. And on the off chance that the police actually catch the thieves, I hope they hang 'em.

I've been thinking about an alarm system to go in my truck, along with the Passkey and the lojack, the truck would be damn hard to steal, but man some people just suck, and its better to be over-prepared than not...

I can't imagine what that must feel like. It's a GN, one of the best all around cars ever made! And it's gone. Why couldn't it have been a beige Camry or something like that? I am truly pissed about this.

Sorry to here you lost your car. I lost a Vintage Bronco to an accident last June. So in a small way I know how you feel. I also cannot say a theft is a better or worse way to lose a prized vehicle. After the shock wears off, gone is still gone.

Man, that sucks... I hope the creeps who did this get a good long jail sentence...

 

I'm sorry to hear your car was stolen. It might be helpful if you had a picture of your car that you could display. I know there are a few people from colorado on this board...you never know. If I were you I would lower the reward to $2500, and use $500 to run an ad (with a picture) in the Denver Post or Rocky Mountain News. Just a thought.
