'sup old timers? Been many moons since I've been around. I've enjoyed my MKX the last (almost) 2 years and the time has come to car shop. After a nice shopping expedition at the NAIAS Charity Preview and an overwhelming desire to due my patriotic duty I think an '09 F150 will be my next vehicle. Thus I maybe around more. Plus I need that Ford stock to climb since I bought a sheetload of it when it got so cheap. Buy new trucks people!!!

Sweet bajesus... after a quick tour I see they'll let any shmuck be a mod now! When do I get my title?!

Found the truck yesterday. It's on the the other side of the state, just arrived. Red Razor 4x4 Lariat Scab with a few choice options and a sticker just below 40K. After X plan pricing and incentives it boils down to 30K. Super sweet. I have two lease payments left I can't convince the dealer to pay and incentives may expire on Feb 2nd. What to do what to do...

Uhg... I had my house up for sale and was ready to move south. I did sell my house, actually! However a situation arose that requires me to hang in the D for a few more years it looks like. No biggie, I just have the warm NC dreams on hold for now. I'll make it someday dammit! The dream is not dead yet!

I can't complain, Raleigh's been doing pretty well. We actually got a couple inches of snow on Tuesday and it shut down most of the State I finally got to play with the 4x4 for a little while.
