Hey, I'm not a contractor but I did stay at a Holiday Inn once
My husband & I built our garage (24x32) w/10' ceiling at a cost of $5k for cement, 8x9door, reg door, all the wood framing/rafters, shingles, 2windows and hardy plank siding. We are slowly insulating it and we just ran across a deal on 4x12 sheetrock. We are doing all the work and trying to find the best deals on materials. If you are sub-contracting your's out, my "guess" would be to figure about $65 to $75 a sq foot. Then to add a couple of thousand to cover the "extras" that always pop up. A garage is not that difficult but there's still permits, electricians, concrete guys, sheetrock guys, framers, and finishers if you do that up-stairs portion. Your garage is also big enough for a bathroom, which I didn't see in the plan. My husband wishes he had one even in our much smaller garage.
