Thumbs up D/FW Texas Chapter meets again, Pics..

Once again the Texas Chapter meets again. But we all know that the reason we keep havin get togethers is because we all can't wait for the big San Antonio rally that will be in April. It was a pretty nice turnout, as we had are first 2000 Silver Lightning join the group, we had every color Lighting there except for red. The members who showed up were: Mudder, Ponysix8, Mumbly, Crash, Night Hawk, Lightning Dammit, Moonshine, FDLFDCoD, Silver Roush, Lady Roush, Silver 2000 Coming soon, Sixpipes, Davensa, Tamster, Tommy Rox and Steve#1. I believe that's all. What we really did this weekend was help others put on accessories. For example, Ponysix8 got her Billet Grille installed, and some shocks put on. FDLFDCoD's got a White face guage installed and a rear Lighted Ford logo (which I think is awesome and I will definitley get one soon) put on too.

Silver Roush and DAVENSA hard at work on Pony's truck.

Ponysix8 with her new good lookin grille:

Seems like everybody chiped in on the grille install:

FDLFDCoD's installing the new guage:

FDLFDCoD's new guages, pretty nice!

Mumbly and Mudder:

We all love takin over the local Sonic, and we always turn a lot of heads, even some Chevys had to pull in and check it out:

Moonshine and 2000 Silver comin soon, Lightnings, awesome!

Sixpipes Lightning:

Off the pavement any chance I get

Left to right: Crash, Tommy Rox, Sixpipes, Silver Roush, and DAVENSA:

Gonna have to get me a magnet like that too:

Sixpipes, a Maniak? Nah.

Night Hawk and FDLFDCoD:

Mumbly's awesome Roush. He took me for a ride, and we blew away a Jaguar, no joke, just left him at that red light

Goin for a ride in the Roush:

Had a great time guys and gals, see most of y'all again in April.

Cool

Mudder -

Great pictures. Sorry I didn't make it to the Sonic. My wife found me. Next time I'll leave the cell phone at home.

You're right about the plate. MANIAK is suited more to Nathan's way of driving. Since it's transferable I'll see if he is interested.

Pony's truck looks great. Is the DFW chapter sending her a bill?

Mudder,

Where did y'all meet? Looks like you had a good time. Also looks like there weren't any "little 6's" there. <sniff> I feel so alone!

Pony was in the only sixbanger of the bunch, but she has the spirit of a 5.4!

Great choice on the grille, Pony! I think it looks great! Now, how about those clear marker lenses?

We all met at Blackhawk's house on Saturday. He and his family were great to us. I really had a great time...I never went home...LOL!

It looks like Mumbly is the "Ringleader". I am sure he won't mind you guys dropping him a line.

Thumbs up

I guess you could call me the ringleader of this circus.

Y2kXLTSport, You would have to be initiated. You see we will tie you to the hood of one of our trucks and of hell who am I kidding. All you have to do is show up and be interested. You already have one thing down. As for the showing up there are many a Rally in the future. Theres the San Antonio Rally in April (see threads here in Events). There is a Rally in July in Austin (Texas HeatWave). And trust me we will be having get togethers here in DFW all the time. Just keep an eye out on the Events page for things to come. If you want you can email me as well.

The only other thing that we would like you to do is place one of our TX Chapter stickers on your truck. It help us promote the web site.
