What paintball marker is this?

Anyone know what kind of marker this is? It is listed as a JT TAC-5, but after research that is definately not the picture that comes up when looking at a TAC-5. The business I work for carry these and its listed as one thing, but the picture represents something else.

Thanks for any help!!!

TAC-5

Maybe the gun in your pic is modded? Looks like the same basic frame.

its a stock photo from our warehouse, so I wouldn't think it was modded

It kind of looks like the 08 Spyder Pilot, but has a different trigger and is half backed. What ever it is, I'm pretty sure it's a low end blow back.

It does look like a Spyder. VL Force is a Spyder product right??

thanks for the replies, I think my warehouse has got the wrong picture, I was hoping they had the wrong description. It is listed as 164.99 retail so I wouldn't think that gun would be available at that retail unless I'm mistaken.

Im trying to find a cheap decent marker to get into paintball, nothing serious, but i don't want something that is going to let me down.

Right now, you can find a Spyder VS2 for $90 on pbgear.com

http://www.actionvillage.com/is-bin/...37;40AVI-Store

The only catch is that you'll need a HPA tank and an agitated hopper. If you use CO2 then your going to blow O-rings all day long.

I've read good things about those, but there i can only get CO2 around here.

I bought a tippman 98 custom, but its too big for speedball. I'm going to call my warehouse and find out what this gun actually is, whatever it is I can get a killer deal because I get everything at store cost being I'm an employee. But I'm not buying a POS gun.

buy an electronic spyder. ive seen co2 run on them. no problems whatsoever. just get a gun with a gas through grip (like the one in your picture) or an expansion chamber (they look pretty much the same).

spyder is a decent starter gun that can be found at any sporting goods store. parts are cheap and common for them. just look for a VL revolution or Empire reloader b hopper. either one will do, and again can be found for a good price.

That sucks that the Tippman is too big for you, of all the guns I've used they are definitely the most accurate.

My friend has an A-5 and he can't get it to shoot above 240 FPS. It's totally indestructible and quite accurate, but no matter what he does he can't get it to shoot any hotter.

Looks like they were trying to mimic the ego's with this gun. Im more of a speedball player myself. If you get everything at cost look at getting the new mini. Gun is rediculous for its size. Personally ill be sticking with my twin 2001 angel LCDs. When i started playing the Angel LCD was the top of the line gun and i fell in love with em so they're the two guns ill never get rid of.

Go to www.pbnation.com and buy a decent gun thats just a few years old. I know the new Kingman's have come a long way but I would just spend a little bit more now for a higher end gun then laying down money later. You can get older Angels now for a couple hundred bucks. Though any higher end gun you will have to run HPA.
