Question Brake Pedal Vibration

Howdy volks!
When I go over small bumps in the road I hear a vibration from the either the clutch or brake pedal. Anyone had this? I've never looked behind the pedals, so I don't know much about them. Can they simply be tightened? or might it be something else?
It's not a big problem, just slightly annoying when I don't have the stereo cranked (which seems to magically fix most of the strange noises that i hear)
