good one Mumbley, my dad told me, when he was in the Army, they had tanks that would run on almost anything. I have an idea, how about running on human waste? I would drink alot of beer and mt dew and pee into the tank. I would always have a full tank!

Great post...but it takes me forever (months or years) to go through a gallon of any of this stuff!

Mumbly, you are a marvel.
Consider what it takes to find oil, drill for it, pipe it sometimes thousands of miles to a tanker, transport it to a refinery also thousands of miles, refine it and then transport it in another pipeline to a tank farm and then truck it to your local gas station.

Then consider what it takes to get bottled water to your local supermarket. Capture the water from a natural spring, bulk ship it to a bottling plant and send it to the supermarket. Oversimplification to a degree, but not much.

It's really sad that we are like so many sheep when it comes to purchasing some of the items you took the time to chronicle for us.

Also, check the stock price and profits of some of the companies you listed.

Go Generic!!!!!
