just what the heck is a "auto cruise control" sensor?

 

I would imagine it uses sensors to keep a set distance between you and the car ahead, like many luxury vehicles have had for a while now.

Radar cruise control. A sensor behind the bumper cover transmits a signal in front of the car, and the car will automatically speed up or slow down to maintain the set cruising speed taking into account the distance between cars in front of it.

I kinda like the 2010 Taurus. I see a lot of MKS lines and cues, which could be a good or bad thing depending on whether you own a 2010 Taurus or an MKS.

 

Definitely doesn't look like an old man's car like the current Taurus/500 does.

Those cars are awesome! The commercials for them on youtube are cool too. I hope they keep improving on the styling. For years I've seen better looking fords in other countries and we get the plain jane models.
