In light of recent events, I'd like to pose a question;
Who thinks Lucy should have finally let Charlie Brown kick the football?
Thanks, Mr. Schulz, for all the laughs.

Nope! Lucy is a typ female, and for her to show any compsion for a male would be misleading. That was guys first hint at how things would be later on. Look at all the confused men we would have today if she let him kick that ball!
Hey wait! what happenned?! Weren't you guys paying attention?

Nope. I think Charles Shultz wanted us to remember his characters just the way he's always made them. Without closure, they will live on forever in our memories just the way they have always been. Charlie Brown will never get to kick that ball and the tree will always eat his kite.
It's sad, though. I never thought I'd ever live to see the end of this comic strip.

I find it amazing that Mr. Schultz died just after his last strip. I heard the other cartoonists were gonna have a Schultz memorial day comming up soon. Gonna have all of their stips relate to something of his.
The world is a little less funnier without him!

Losing Peanuts sucks but if we could get rid of Paul Harvey we would have it made!

Guess that means old Charles Schultz, himself, finally kicked the football.
RIP, Charles. And thanks for the laughs.
