You hit the nail on the head JPF1715. Elliott is still a great driver. It seems that in this age of multi-car teams pooring tons of money into the sport that owner/drivers can't seem to keep up. I hated to see Bill loose the '92 championship by 10 points but Alan Kulwicki (bad spelling) was an owner/driver and I think the last to win a championship. I also hate to see Bill leave Ford, but, as you said, at least he won't be driving a chevy.

RYR rules. Bill doesn't have to worry about the Chevy's ganging up on him this year, just the 28 and 88. Rusty's engine will blow up on lap 150.
