Same question here. It looks a little flimsy and home made. I bet it vibrates as you go down the road. I would go for the center part of a frame mounted grill guard. It stronger and has mounts for lights. Mine is a Rhino, center part only.

Well mudder, I like the pre-runner style a little bit better. And it's a little cheaper than a grill guard. I's sure ill end up with what you have. I know some one with the fly-n-hi one and he likes it, its just a matter of time (the lift and tires are taking up my money for now!) lift goes on tomorrow.

Remember when you come to see ponysix8 give me an email and well hit the mud(i wanna see how good that winch is!!!!)

ad4x4ofrd, I just installed the pre runner bumper from Fly-n-hi and really like it. I also happen to like that look and it seems that everyone else has brush/grill guards and really dont know anyone else with one. It is very sturdy and well made and does not vibrate driving down the road. I have a pic of the Fierce Motorsports bumper and if you want to e-mail me, I'll send it to you.

Question

Just curious, but how come you don't want a grille guard?

hey mudder. I got a question for you. What type of brush guard do you have and how much did it cost? Also where did you purchase it?
