When posting a new topic do you normally check the box:
"Email Notification: emails sent to you whenever someone replies. Only registered users are eligible."
I always do then I have a zillion email notifications next time I check my email.
It's also really cool to sometimes get an email notidfication to an old thread.

i do now. i find that i forget where i've posted. with the notification, whenever there is a response i know where it came from and where to look.
