[QUOTE=LHM;273239]I am thinking about getting a Polaris Scrambler 500 4x4. Does anybody have one of these and if so, how much did it set you back. I looked at a 2000 and they are running about $6000. I gotta have one. It will be towards the end of the year before I bite the bullet. I think it will look pretty darn good in the back of the new truck. Oh yeah almost forgot, for anybody who owns one or any Polaris what do you think about them and would you buy another one?

LHM

yeah i got that exact bike (even the year). Bad **** quad. I hope you like goin fast. Unfortunately i cant tell you what it should be worth, cuz i got it for the price of a chainsaw (traded my dad a new chainsaw for the bike..)

I wouldnt spend 6000 for anything that was older than a year or 2....thats just ridiculous. I spent 2500 on my prairie, which IMHO is a more solid machine than a polaris, and it was a 2002 with 1400 miles on it with brand new wheels and tires and no problems.

A Suzuki Quadmaster 50. Can't seem to fit the Polaris Sportsman 90 and Yamah 400 Kodiak in there, too. They have to go on the trailer.
