Obama wants a trillion dollar rescue for infrastructure when he takes office. Now a few Governors want another Trillion bucks for state bailouts!!

Talk about a can of worms. I'd say this bailout business is an opened 55 gallon drum of night crawlers. Now everybody has their hand out.
