roughly 2 or 3 weeks ago i put a post on here about me finally getting a carpet for the f150, okay i ordered it from this place called "auto carpet professionals" that i found on ebay supposedly located in AL (and me in TN), so i called and ordered it 2 weeks ago tomorrow, and the guy was nothing but nice on the phone..... and thats as far as it goes, everything else has been downhill from there, firstly my estmate time was last monday "if youre getting it for christmas you shouldnt worry" the guy said, so monday comes then tuesday then crhistmas..... so i called friday for my tracking # (to see what ups has to say), and the guy said hed call me back later friday and i havent heard anything of him since..... and when i called today all i get is an answering machine, so now i wonder if there even is a carpet...... but what i do know is that my $135 is real,.... so i thought id just give this heads up....

 

Did you read his feedback first? There were a few people that said the shipping was slow and bad communication.

 

yeah, and i was really wanting to have it for christmas and when i asked if that can be done the guy honestly did say "not to worry", pretty much one week has turned into two, and i tried to get a tracking number again and still nothing, so ill give it till mid week and still if nothing im gonna start checking the upholstry places.....

 

Don't forget contacting PayPal or your credit card company to get reimbursed from this DB !

 

alright i finally got word on the carpet like 5 minutes ago through email, i ordered it dec. 16 (like i posted above in OP) with the understanding being it would get shipped out roughly the 18th and showing up to me on the 23rd of december........

fast foward, after calling this place time and time again to only get an answering machine i finally got the trcking number and heres the status - shipped out 1/02/09 (yeah im poed on this one, i didnt know if it was ups d*cking around but its for sure the carpet place) and its expected tomorrow - the 6th - even if it does show up tomorrow these jokers still turned a 1 week job into a 3 week mission, and if they lied to me about shipping lord help em if i get the wrong model or color or something (if everything does go right ill post pics of installation ) so in closing i STRONGLY advise against buying from "auto carpet professionals"

 

I thought if you needed anything in Alabama or TN you went to "The Market"???
