Sweet, my truck weighs 4600lbs. Same as Cableguys.

 

Ok, edmunds mistake. They have the 2000 Lariat SC Styleside Short Bed with the 4.6l V-8 listed at 4241 lbs. Throw in some gas to bump it up to 4300. I'll take your word for it though.

 

Cableguy, have you weighed your truck at a scale. I'm dumbfounded to see on edmunds.com that the ext cab 2-wheel drive only weighed around 4200lbs. Is this right? You would think your truck would be heavier.

 

Yeah sweet...when we moved from wash. to NM I filled the bed and pulled a huge trailer..it looked a little overloaded so I took it to the scales and "fast" is correct it is approx. 4600+ pounds.

I don't know Fast, I've never ran the 1/4 before.

 

I think I ran it in about 60 seconds. Oh you mean while IN my Truck?...well it seems it's to heavy to carry while Running......

 

Ask a chevy driver how fast HE can run.... he ought to know! They probably run slow too. On second thought, I bet they get a lot of practice!!!

 

hey all..found a very col custom shop today..and guess what...they carry lots of billet antennas. I mention this because everyone has asked me where I got mine, he sells them for $20 w a ford adapter for $2. But I bought 4 so he lowered the price to $18. I'll be taking 4 to Dallas this coming weekend.
