Post SuperCrew Review.

The staff at pickuptruck.com have taken delivery of a new SuperCrew for evaluation. They have posted two new pics of the truck in the Ford Truck forum. As soon as some of the reviews start coming in I will forward them over here.

The pic's are pretty good. I like the profile view. The bed looks too short though.

If you go to the Ford site they have a 360 degree view of both the inside and out. It is very cool, you can pan and zoom all over this awesome truck.

P.S. It wasn't working today when I last went but I am sure they have it fixed by now.

Thumbs up

The full review is up now. It looks like they loved it. I like the pic's they have posted. It looks better than I thought it would. I just have to get over that shortened bed. I can't wait to see it on the road.

Kind of sad and frustrating for us Lightning Pilots.
First we wanted a SC Lightning and now they come out with this concept and they won't supercharge it either.

Seriously, for my use, this would be the ultimate truck. I rarely fill up the bed on my Bolt, but I can pretty much never take the grandbabies with me as I can only put in one car seat and I won't do that in the left front. So, I could use the seating and get along fine with the shorter bed.

Guess I'll take a better look when the Bolt comes off lease in a couple of years.

Bill. PS, thanks for the link to the site, this is one I had missed and it looks good.

Just an update. The site has now put up GM's answer to the SuperCrew. You guys will have to go back to look at the Chevy Avalanche. This is one Butt Ugly "truck". You will see it once you open the home page of www.pickuptruck.com

Ditto on Chevy's butt ugly version of the Supercrew. I thought Chevy's step-side was ugly. Man, get a load of this piece!

"An obvious competitor to Ford's F-150 SuperCrew"
Well I see chevy has redefined the word "competitor" now as well as "Truck." I wish those shovies would stop butchering our english language like that!!

Damn if the dodge wasn't partialy hidden, I think it might have blown up my computer screen!!! Hey do ya supose even the "thing" knows it's so ugly that it is hiding on porpose? Imagine how that Rock feels!!

Excuse me now, while I step outside and admire my Ford to get that "look" out of my eyes before it burns itself into my retinas.

Red Wings license plate in front, Red Wings license plate frame in back, Little Detroit Viper hanging from mirror, Oh yeah, and one "Blacked-out" grill.
Gonna get my Bed rails back on, Finally!
Couldn't find the right Polished steel design, so once I modify the powercoated ones I just bought, I will paint them.

Q: who wants my "Pocket Mount" chrome ones? Price:cost of shipping, or gas and maybe lunch if you live in S/E MI.
