student loans
ok so i want to get a student loan for this coming semester and have never gotten one before any tips? suggestions?
i bank with chase, should i go through them? apr as low as 8.99% can defer all payment or defer principle only. if i get a job ill deffinatly just defer principle
o and im figuring about $6,000 would cover tuition, books, and rent for the semester

You've never gotten a student loan? You lucky bastard.
I do all of mine through discover student loans dot com.
Quick and easy. Basically, the funds are sent to your school, then the remainder after tuition is taken out is sent to you, however you so choose (cashier's check or direct deposit). Or at least that's how my school does it.
