Fabrication, tuning, more weight up front, barely fits, isn't really any better than a half-assedly done 4.6 4V in terms of putting power to the ground, 4.6 4V speed parts are more readily available than 6.8L V10 parts.

It's an alright truck motor. It's kinda silly to put one in a car.
